The room was spacious, clean, and very, very, comfortable. The person working the rooftop bar, and the person working the lobby bar, were both very professional, courteous, wonderful people.

We had several people staying there for a wedding and the staff and lobby bartender were excellent.

I liked having a laundry room since we were there for sports competition and the convenience to the sporting center.

Breakfast not the best, not co.plaining but just not the best. Nothing bad. Nothing. Staff was from support to restaurant bar to checking each person always smiled, greeted me, etc. Good people make average food great!

Location was fantastic, walking distance to food, coffee, shopping! Both bars/restaurants onsite, top notch! Staff was extremely friendly, helpful! Our keys stopped working, went to the front, she came up with us, let us in our rooms, very personal service and immediately fixed our issues! Convenience area in the lobby had everything you could need on a trip, and/or you may have forgotten. Facilites were nice, clean! Parking was great! Room was a good size and extremely clean!

Everything was excellent! The staff was friendly, the facilities were nice and clean as well as the rooms. They looked exactly like the pictures, which isn't always the case with hotels. I also loved the fact that there was a bar, restaurant, and rooftop skylounge that had excellent food and drinks! Also, the location is ideal for anyone visiting Winthrop University since it's literally one street over! 10 out of 10!

We didn't get a chance to have breakfast due to our schedule. We did get to enjoy food at 354 Skybar as well as The Loom. Absolutely delicious!!

A few little things the hotel needs to buff out and it'll be amazing. The staff is so nice and friendly, the whole place is super nice. I would absolutely stay again! I hope they keep improving as they are open longer and get adjusted
